At present my weight fluctuates between 265 at the highest to around 250 at the lowest. At one time I weighed as much as 365 pounds. I am also in bad financial shape. If there is something that would help me make money while I’m doing this rather than getting deeper in debt that would be great. Anything and everything is possible, with a new sense of direction I’m proud to be joining your team. I’m currently 144 pounds and only able run for a mile without stopping to catch my breath. I can bench a little over a hundred pounds and am able to curl thirty pounds with each arm. Right now, I have long term goals for the next three to six month to push myself to 170 pounds mass, I want to be able to run three to five miles without a break, and I want to push myself to bench 150.

Bench: 150+ pounds

Curl: 40-50 pounds per arm

Cardio: 3-5 miles continuously
