Wednesday.. I did climb. I did OK I guess.. PUSHING IT TIL FAILURE isn’t high on my priority list but ending my sessions with a few backflips every time truely seems to be fatigue’s impact.
Finally getting around to figuring out how to use my GoPro has me ending my already good week on a great note.

I wouldn’t call doing back flips just ok – I would call it INSPIRATIONAL!!!!
