It is proven by personal progress and standing that teamIBK’s methods of recovery are significant. This page will briefly outline steps and guidelines to aid personal recovery and growth. Using writing about interests close to the heart, along with goal setting and progress ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

To start, make it a goal to write daily. FREE WRITING is a great way to open eyes and find out what excites you most.

Free writing is a prewriting technique in which a person writes continuously for a set period of time without regard to spelling, grammar, or topic. It produces raw, often unusable material, but helps writers overcome blocks of apathy and self-criticism” (Google)

When you discover what truly benefits your mind and inspires more and more content creation.. (Writing an hour a day for a whole month is a good way to help determine what really brings about true happiness) try your best to continue writing daily. When you feel ready, an easy way to merge your existing credentials and saved work if you have a Gmail account or Google account is to go to https://www.blogger.com/. Your name should appear to be integrated in all the obvious fields.

Another option is to go to https://wordpress.com/start/themes and design your own website/blog.  After going through these steps and you have a site up and running to your liking, sites like http://www.Godaddy.com allow you to register a unique domain name to point to your new site. (for instance, http://www.YOURNAME.com)
